I’m María Gómez, Program Director and Founder of Spanish is Fun Too. I am a teacher, mom and friend. I help to  educate children for a better future.

A Native Spanish speaker from Colombia, I’ve been privileged for the past several years to teach Spanish,  While working an engaging young children in South Florida.

I have a degree in Industrial Design from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University ” and was certified in the fun languages curriculum at the Tian Tula Cervantes institute in Spain”.

I have been teaching Spanish to children for several years. My main Focus to date has been  teaching young communicators and readers between the ages of 4 and 8 years old.

I know from experience how valuable it is to be bilingual. It is absolutely an advantage toward achieving success in our global economy. From that perspective, I feel a strong need to teach children to become fluent in Spanish as a Second Language. Being bilingual will enhance their lives and their new skills will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

In our SPANISH IS FUN TOO program, where all of our Teachers are certified, I have designed programs that allow children to learn in a fun environment.  Children learn Spanish while enjoying activities including Arts and Crafts and singing Spanish songs.

By making lessons fun and interactive, learn and remember their new language skills better and faster.

The SPANISH IS FUN TOO language immersion program was specifically designed to teach children Spanish in a fun and exciting atmosphere.

In addition to our engaging PICTOGRAPHIC BOOKS, we blend music, movement and a variety of puppets to engage   children by inspiring them to learn Spanish.  Together we solidify the lessons through interactions between our Teachers, children and parents Together We Make learning Fun!

We are currently offering the after school program at  Panther Run Elementary and Equestrian Trails Elementary School , Everglades Elementary, Discovery Key, Allamanda Elementary, Timber Trace Elementary  in Palm Beach Gardens ,Boynton Beach .

We also offer both private or semi-private lessons. Pre-k and Kindergarten, and Adults.(wellington )
